Google Wallet support for Google email on Android devices.

Google announced the addition of the feature in a blog post yesterday. There’s no fee for using this service, and Gmail users can send money to anyone, regardless of whether they have a Gmail Id. You can also send a request for money to someone through this application. Those who receive money, whether from someone they requested a payment from through this application or from other person who just sent money without any request, can transfer the money into their banks. There’s also an option to set up the payments service so that the money goes directly into a bank account. Contact 1-888-306-5155  for Gmail customer service

At this point, payment support services through Gmail on Android are only available to U.S. users, although the company might roll it out to users in other countries at some point. It didn’t state one way or the other in its Google blog post.

How to send money through the Google email on Android application.

It’s easy to send or request money using the Google email on Android application. Users simply open the application and then compose an email. Then just tap on the given icon that’s used to attach documents, images (photos) or other files (which looks like a little paperclip file), and select either send or request money in the email. Users can also include an email with the payment.
The entire transaction process is completed within the Android Gmail application, so users do not need to have Google Wallet installed on their android devices
