Add or remove your account from Gmail app

You can add both Gmail and non-Gmail accounts to the Gmail app for Android.

How to add an account

1. Click to open the Gmail app .
2. In the top left corner, click Menu tab.
3. To the right of your user - name, click the down arrow.
4. Now click on Add account.
5. Click to choose the type of Gmail account you want to add.
• If you use Office 365, Click selects Exchange.
• If you are going to check work or school emails through Outlook for Windows, select Exchange.
• If you are unable to see your email service, click select other.
6. Now you should follow the steps on the screen to add your email account.

How to remove a Google account

1. Open the Google email app .
2. In the top left corner of the page, click Menu button.
3. To the right corner of your username, click the Down arrow .
4. Click Manage email accounts Google.
5. Click the email account you want to remove.
6. Click More   Remove email account.
